I have a Bachelors in Civil Engibeering from the University of Dar es SaIaam (UDSM), a Masters in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden and a PhD in Water Resources Engineering from UDSM. I am a registered Consulting Engineer with ERB (TZ) with over 15 years experience in Planning, Feasibility Studies, Design and Project Management. and a Registered EIA expert with NEMC.
