A legal expert in natural resources, energy and hydrocarbons projects. Well regarded for expertise in all aspects of the spectrum from pits to ports in the energy, mining, oil and gas industries. With a pragmatic and solution focused approach, I advise on policy and regulatory matters, project acquisition, joint ventures, project development and infrastructure developments, operations and services and off-take arrangements among other sector related aspects. I have consulted on regulatory aspects of oil, gas and mineral resources projects in Tanzania, including aspects of local content, environmental approvals and compliance. I have acted as a legal expert and transaction lawyer in several extractive industry projects in Tanzania, and part of sub-Saharan Africa including, copper ore projects in Zambia, Coal projects Mozambique and has consulted on various projects in South Africa.
