Mr Iriya Nemence Joseph is a leadership and governance specialist who has attained MSc Governance and leadership development from Jomo Kenyata University, Kenya. He also poses a basic degree in rural Agriculture from Sokoine University in Tanzania. He has worked as a development and Governance specialist for the past ten years. He has experience of working as a trainer, facilitator, moderator as well as leadership and governance consultant for various organizations and areas in Tanzania and out of Tanzania. A committed and motivated, he is a National trainer and senior facilitator of Social Accountability Monitoring (SAM), Organizational Development (OD), Policy advocacy, Governance & Leadership (Government & NGO’s), Budget and policy analysis in Tanzania and he has been exposed to various national and international policies with a strong capability of handling leadership and governance aspects. He has attended various special programs in Advocacy and public resource governance including the Centre for Social Accountability in RSA and World Bank Institute.
