  • I am an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional with over 8 years of experience in environmental management, environmental and social safeguards, regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety, biodiversity conservation, environmental monitoring, waste and wastewater management, environmental audits, EIA/EA processes, ESMP implementation, stakeholder engagement, incident investigation, and environmental performance reporting. I am currently working as an Environmental Supervisor with China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. (CPP), the Main Contractor for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project. In this role, I am responsible for supervising and coordinating environmental management and compliance activities, environmental monitoring, implementation of ESIA commitments and ESMP requirements, environmental inspections and audits, biodiversity conservation, waste and wastewater management, and environmental and social performance requirements. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Dodoma (2014-2017). I am registered with the National Environment Management Council (NEMC) as an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Audit (EA) Expert and hold a valid practicing license for undertaking EIA and Environmental Audit assignments in Tanzania. My professional certifications and training include ESG Reporting, Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), Managing Environmental and Social Performance, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, NOSHC 1, Risk Assessment, Hazardous Substances Management, EIA and Environmental Audit, and other relevant environmental, health and safety disciplines. I also hold a valid Class A and D driving license and basic driving training from VETA.
