I hold a bachelor degree in law and Masters in Corporate and Commercial law from the University of Dar es Salaam. Am very conversant in corporate matters, Intellectual Properties, Telecommunications, Conveyance, Banking and Commercial laws, Infrastructure and PPP, Oil and Gas and Mining. I serve a large number of client portfolios, large and SME's operating in the country. I am an accredited arbitrator by the Ministry of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs. I am a member of the Tanganyika law Society, East Africa Law Society and licensed to practice law in the United Republic of Tanzania. I am also a member of the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators.
