I hold a bachelor degree in law and Masters in Corporate and Commercial law both from the University of Dar es Salaam. Am very conversant in corporate matters, Intellectual Properties, Telecommunications, Conveyance, Banking and Commercial laws, Infrastructure and PPP, Oil and Gas and Mining. I serve a large number of client portfolios, large and SME's operating in the country. I am an experienced litigator, and skilled dispute resolution practitioner with an excellent understanding of the Tanzanian Courts as I routinely represent clients in various courts and tribunals on diverse area of the law including those arising from regulatory compliance, commercial disputes, as well as civil claims. I am an accredited arbitrator by the Ministry of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs. I am a member of the Tanganyika law Society, East Africa Law Society and licensed to practice law in the United Republic of Tanzania. I am also an Associate member of the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators.
